You can ask us to permanently delete your Tekrise account and everything associated with it. Here's exactly how that works.
How to request deletion
01Email hello@tekrise.app from the address registered to your account.
02Use the subject line "Delete my account".
03We verify the request matches an existing account.
04Your account and data are permanently deleted, and we email you to confirm.
What gets deleted
Account profile (name, email)
Sign-in records (Apple, Facebook, email/password)
Swing analysis videos and session history
Performance and progress data
What we may retain
Records required by law (e.g. billing history, for tax purposes)
Aggregated, anonymized data that can no longer identify you
Timeline
30DAYS MAX
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You'll receive an email once it's complete. If you don't hear back, reply to your original request or contact us again.
