Where to start
If you are not sure which guide you need:
- You want to know what is wrong with your swing — start with swing faults, measured. It lists every fault with its healthy range, so you can check your own footage against real numbers.
- You want your forehand to improve specifically — how to improve your forehand covers the five things that matter and the order to do them in.
- You are wondering whether any of this actually works — AI swing analysis, explained is the honest version, including what it cannot do.
- You train without a coach — how to practise tennis alone is written for you.
Tennis swing faults, measured
Every technique fault TEKRISE detects — what each one is, the exact measurement and healthy range, and how to fix it. Includes which fault to fix first.
How to improve your tennis forehand
The five changes that actually improve a club-level forehand, the order to fix them in, and how to film your swing so the footage is worth analysing.
AI tennis swing analysis, explained
What happens to your video, what phone-based analysis measures reliably, what it cannot measure, and an honest comparison with a human coach.
How to practise tennis alone
Why solo practice often produces no improvement, how to structure a session that does, and how to track progress with nobody watching.
Why we publish this
TEKRISE measures tennis swings from phone video. Publishing the measurements, the healthy ranges and the limits is deliberate: a number you cannot interrogate is not worth much. If your arm is at 138° at contact, you should be able to look up what that means, what good looks like, and how confident the measurement is.
Everything in these guides applies whether or not you use the app. The measurements are just tennis.
See it on your own swing
TEKRISE measures every point on this page from a phone video of your swing, then tells you which one to work on first. Free to start — no credit card, no account needed.
