These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and TEKRISE ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the TEKRISE app and website. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using TEKRISE, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TEKRISE. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you must be at least 16 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher). By using TEKRISE you confirm you meet this requirement.
TEKRISE is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not ask for your date of birth. If we learn that someone under the required age is using TEKRISE, we may suspend or delete the account.
TEKRISE lets you record or upload a short tennis swing, analyses it on your device and on our servers, and uses AI to generate coaching feedback. Features, limits, and availability may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. The app is provided on an Android-first basis; other platforms may follow.
You keep ownership of the videos and content you create ("Your Content"). To run the service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and analyse Your Content (and the data derived from it) solely to provide and improve TEKRISE for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm you have the right to upload Your Content and the permission of anyone who appears in it. If a video includes a minor, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian, or that you have the consent of their parent or guardian. Do not upload content you do not have the rights or consent to share.
TEKRISE's scores and coaching feedback are generated by automated analysis and AI models. They are provided for general informational and training purposes, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not a substitute for a qualified tennis coach or for professional, medical, or other advice. You are responsible for how you use the feedback.
Tennis and physical training carry inherent risks of injury. TEKRISE does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any training, warm up properly, and stop if you feel pain. You use the app and act on its suggestions at your own risk.

The TEKRISE app, website, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual-property rights to you.
You may stop using TEKRISE at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as licences you grant, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the analysis or AI feedback will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEKRISE and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service or your reliance on its feedback. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer-protection rights such as those under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the version and effective date above and, where appropriate, ask you to accept the updated Terms in the app before you continue using it. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
